Do you read my emails or attachments?
No. We read the email headers: the technical, mechanical, geeky stuff, so to speak. We're not interested in the body of your email, your signature or any attachments. That makes it safe to send, for example, an automated invoice from your accounting package to your test address. We never store the body or attachments of your test emails.
Why do I have to use my business email address?
Email deliverability problems relate to your domain name, so that's what we need to test. With your business address we can test the whole journey end to end, from your email client, CRM or accounting software: wherever you're seeing the problem.
How many free tests do I get?
You get 1 free test for each domain every 30 days, with a full report and the exact fix for each problem. Fixing usually takes a few rounds of changing a setting and testing again; Basic and Pro cover those follow-up tests.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic is a one-off purchase with no subscription: 30 tests over 30 days on one domain, to fix a problem and confirm it's gone. Pro is yearly and keeps it fixed: unlimited tests on up to five domains, 12 months of history, weekly monitoring of your domains with alerts, and the AI technical assistant.
What does the AI technical assistant do?
It sits under each of your reports. Ask things like “How do I add this in GoDaddy?” or “How do I turn on DKIM in Microsoft 365?” and get click-by-click steps using the records from your report. It's included with Pro. It never asks for your passwords.
Does a good score guarantee the inbox?
No tool can promise that. Mailbox providers also weigh your sending history and how people respond to your email. Most junk-folder problems come from the setup issues we check, and those are the ones you can fix today.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Turn off renewal at any time and Pro keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for. Basic is a one-off purchase with nothing to cancel.
